Malted bread flour with rye flakes and poppy seeds.
A lovely mixed grain flour with malted wheat flakes, rye flakes and a bit of poppy seed, wheat bran and barley malt flour. Makes a delicious malted loaf with a good aroma, texture and crunch. It is made with carefully selected grain from local farms. It works well in bread machines or as a hand bake.
This flour sack is perfect for the frequent home baker, bakeries, foodservice or catering companies, schools and others looking for great quality, consistent flour made from grain with clear provenance.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, malted wheat flakes 5%, rye flakes 5%, poppy seed 3%, wheat bran, barley malt flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamine.
Allergen advice: for allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold.
Grown and milled in the UK.
Storage: roll down the top after use and store in a cool dry place.
Packaging material: paper. RECYCLE.

Tracking your order:
All our parcels are dispatched by DPD courier. They will make one delivery attempt. If this is unsuccessful then they will deliver your parcel to the nearest ‘Collection Point’. To track your order, use the tracking number sent to you by DPD in your dispatch confirmation email, this will take you to the DPD website.
