A traditional granary style malted bread flour made from wheat flour with a blend of malted wheat flakes, malted barley and a touch of rye.
Made with carefully selected grain from local farms and bakes into a delicious loaf whether made in a machine or by hand.

Wessex Cobber Bread Flour (Granary Bread Flour)
Ingredients: Wheat flour, cereal blend (malted wheat flakes, malted barley, rye flour), calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamine.
Allergen advice: for allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold.
Grown and milled in the UK.
Storage: roll down the top after use and store in a cool dry place.
Packaging material: paper. RECYCLE.
Always cook flour before consumption.

We aim to dispatch your order within two working days however, please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery to arrive.
Please note that any orders received during the holiday period and our downtime will be processed in the order they were received. While we aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days, we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas arrival. Normal service returns from 2nd Jan 2024.

Tracking your order:
All our parcels are dispatched by DPD courier. They will make one delivery attempt. If this is unsuccessful then they will deliver your parcel to the nearest ‘Collection Point’. To track your order, use the tracking number sent to you by DPD in your dispatch confirmation email, this will take you to the DPD website.
