
Classic Herb Dumplings

Ingredients
- 150g Wessex Mill Self Raising White Flour
- 75g prepared suet
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried sage
- ¼ tsp salt
- 100ml milk
Equipment
- 1 x mixing bowl
Method

Measure the flour, suet, thyme, sage and salt into a bowl and stir to combine.

Add the milk, stir to make a dough then divide into 8 pieces.

Roll each piece into a dumpling ball.

Ensure your stew or the soup is simmering and place the dumplings on the top.

Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Best served warm.
