A baker’s grade premium strong white bread flour.
This Wessex Mill Artisan Strong White Bread Flour is made from group 1 milling wheats with the highest protein content on the AHDB recommended list. The grain is sourced from farms within 50 miles of our North Wessex Downs mill. This flour is specifically designed for long fermentations and longer batch proves. Great for use in yeasted or sourdough loaves and rolls. It works equally well in bread machines or as a hand bake.
Perfect for the frequent home baker, bakeries, foodservice or catering companies, schools and others looking for great quality, consistent flour made from grain with clear provenance.

Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch your order within two working days however, please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery to arrive.
Please note that any orders received during the holiday period and our downtime will be processed in the order they were received. While we aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days, we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas arrival. Normal service returns from 2nd Jan 2024.

Tracking your order:
All our parcels are dispatched by DPD courier. They will make one delivery attempt. If this is unsuccessful then they will deliver your parcel to the nearest ‘Collection Point’. To track your order, use the tracking number sent to you by DPD in your dispatch confirmation email, this will take you to the DPD website.
