
Six Seed Bread Machine Loaf
The Six Seed combination of this flour bakes into a deliciously tasty seeded bread loaf in a bread machine. Lovely on its own, in sandwiches or toasted.
Ingredients
- 320ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 500g Wessex Mill Six Seed Bread Flour
- 2 tsp quick yeast (we like to use Doves Farm)
Equipment
- 1 x bread machine with large bread pan
Method

Put the ingredients into your machine following the order listed.

OR, put the ingredients into the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the machine manufacturer.

Turn the machine to the wholewheat rapid bread setting.

Select your preferred crust option if available on the machine.

Check the pan is locked into position and start the machine.

Remove the bread pan from the machine as soon as it has finished baking.

Tip the bread out of the pan and remove the mixer paddle from the bottom of the loaf.

Cool the bread on a wire rack.
