Six Seed Bread Machine Loaf

The Six Seed combination of this flour bakes into a deliciously tasty seeded bread loaf in a bread machine. Lovely on its own, in sandwiches or toasted.

  • 320ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 500g Wessex Mill Six Seed Bread Flour
  • 2 tsp quick yeast (we like to use Doves Farm)


  • 1 x bread machine with large bread pan


  • Put the ingredients into your machine following the order listed.

  • OR, put the ingredients into the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the machine manufacturer.

  • Turn the machine to the wholewheat rapid bread setting.

  • Select your preferred crust option if available on the machine.

  • Check the pan is locked into position and start the machine.

  • Remove the bread pan from the machine as soon as it has finished baking.

  • Tip the bread out of the pan and remove the mixer paddle from the bottom of the loaf.

  • Cool the bread on a wire rack.
